Golden Planet is a fourteen-acre senior living community near Mahabalipuram, on the coastal fringe of Tamil Nadu inland from the sea, quiet, rural, and unhurried. It is being built by Senior Heritage Homes Pvt. Ltd., a Chennai-based development family returning to their roots after two decades in global business. What began as one family’s search for a place where their own parents could grow older with grace has grown into a community designed for the same possibility, for others.

Every home is oriented around a simple belief: that the years after seventy should not shrink. They should open. Into culture, into community, into daily rituals that carry meaning. Golden Planet is built to hold that possibility for one lifetime, for many lifetimes to come.
