Spearhead the design and execution of ultra-luxury residential and commercial properties. Collaborate with leading international design firms to guarantee every detail aligns with the Pristine Group's brand of sophisticated elegance. Mentor junior architects, foster innovation in design, and ensure projects meet global sustainability standards. This role demands a visionary with a passion for creating iconic structures.

Head of Resident Care

Lead the design and delivery of Golden Planet's resident care model from daily wellness practices to emergency response protocols, from partnership coordination with Sathya Sai Medical College and Chettinad Hospital to the design of every resident's individualised care plan. You'll shape what dignified senior care looks like at Golden Planet, and build the team that will hold it.

Community & Hospitality Lead

Design and run the daily life of Golden Planet the shared dining, the wellness pavilion sessions, the cultural programming, the resident welcome experience, the visitor site tours. You'll be the person who ensures Golden Planet feels like a warmly-held community from the very first resident onwards. Ideal for someone with hospitality or premium residential community experience who cares deeply about senior wellbeing.
